Rules - Guidelines

Our guiding rule is simple, straight-forward, and given by God ...

"... Love your neighbor as yourself."

In keeping with that rule, our mission, our outreach, and our programs, we offer this page and the statements here to reaffirm and solidify our promise of support.

Please notice that these "rules" apply to us. There are no rules for those that need help. The woman needing help has nothing to fear from seeking assistance here.

Rule 1

Confidentiality is crucial to develop the trust of those we wish to help. Trust cannot be built if we participate in gossip. Confidentiality will also help to ensure the safety of all those involved.

Rule 2

Do not judge anyone because of their circumstance and try to never act surprised or shocked at what a person reveals to us. We must help them feel comfortable in coming to us for help.
