Using Comments on Progress Reports
There are numerous comments you may choose from for each student. The office has a list of these comments. Number one is supposed to be blank. When putting comments for a student, please NEVER click the ADD Comments button because that makes the computer think you want to develop additional comments to be added to the list already developed for us. IF you do that, it creates a big problem in the office when the report cards are printed. You need to either double click on the comments you choose, or type in the number assigned to the comments you want to be printed on the report card or progress report for each student.
You may type individual comments for a student on Progress Reports. TO DO THIS:
After you have opened eClass Grades 6.9.1 in the "w" drive and you are in your folder: 1. Click on the appropriate subject 2. Click OK 3. Type in your password 4. Click CLASS on the top toolbar 5. Click Student Notes 6. Choose the correct student by scrolling down next to students 7. Click on that student's name 8. Enter the desired comment 9. Click OK 10. Click SAVE CLASS 11. Click CLOSE ALL |
