This is a drawing of how the first two carloads of wheat from Pampa were marked. There was no mistaking where it came from.

The first two carloads of wheat left Pampa in 1906. The wheat, raised on the D.C. Davis farm about twelve miles east of Pampa, was hand shoveled into the boxcars.
