If you would like to just print/fill out an order form, enclose a check or money order, and mail, then go to Electroluminescent Receiver Order Form , print the form on the page with your browser, enclose the appropriate monies, and mail to the address on the form. I would appreciate an email if you are ordering a frequency counter or some extra LEDs, so I can get them in stock while I am waiting for your payment. That way I can ship within a day or so of receiving your order. If you don't, that's OK, but the order could be delayed about a week if I don't have the items in stock. |

To send an order by email, go to Electroluminescent Receiver Email Order Form, fill out the form, then click on "Order" at the bottom of the page. If you are using Netscape, or IE Explorer 4.0 or higher, and have your email set up in the browser, the order will be sent automatically through your email program. If your browser does not support email forms, a "New Message" email box will come up with the email address already inserted, but it will not contain the information from the form. The order form is basically set up like a guest book, which is sent to my email address. There will not be any confirmation page showing that it was sent, other than the dialogs that come up in the browser indicating it is sending an email. Doesn't Work?If you cannot get the email to work, go to the Menu toolbar of your browser, click on File, Save As, and save as a .TXT document. Delete the .htm extension when the Save As dialog box comes up. At the bottom where it says "Save as Type", click the drop down arrow, and click on the .txt extension. Look at the top of the box, "Save In", and make sure it is going where you want on your hard drive. Click on Save. After it has been saved, find it on your hard drive, and double click on the file. It will open in "Notepad", fill in the form, and save it again. Then email it to me as a file attachment. |

Confirmation of OrderI will notify you within 1 to 2 days that your order has been received and confirm the total amount. If you desire, I will calculate the shipping and send an email with the total amount, including shipping. When an order has been emailed, I will do my best to ship the kit the same day I receive payment. I will send an email on the day that the order has been put in the mail. Back to Top |

SupportSupport for the kit is by email at wn5y@yahoo.com. Return emails will be prompt except for times that I am traveling. WarrantyThis kit is sold with a 90 day limited warranty. Any defective parts returned during the warranty period will be replaced free of charge. Replacement parts are warranted for the remaining portion of the original warranty period. If the receiver does not work, you may return it to the seller, and a flat fee of $50 will be charged to repair it. You must deliver it to the seller at your expense. If it is determined the malfunction is due to a defective component, it will be repaired free of charge. The correction of assembly errors, adjustments, calibration, damage due to misuse, abuse or negligence are not covered by this warranty. This warranty does not include reimbursement for inconvenience, loss of use, or time spent on assembly. |

Personal NoteThis receiver has been made to be as easy as possible to build, diagnose, and align as I could conceive. If you are unsure of your ability to build this kit, try building the B & E Receiver Kit first. This kit is an expanded version of the B & E kit, using the same superheterodyne theory. A thorough study of the Beginner's and Experimenter's Kit will help you prepare to build and understand this kit. Soldering errors will account for 99% of the problems with this kit, so please be careful with your soldering. I have a great list of soldering tutorials on my links page, please check them out if you have not done much soldering. If you are a beginner, try and find an Elmer (a helping friend in Ham Radio language) to help you build the kit. Don't hesitate to email with any comments. Your comments help improve the receiver and the instructions. 72/73's David White, WN5Y |
